Derek is such a friendly, nice guy. He has been in the real estate business for years and it shows. He is very helpful & knowledgeable which made me as a client very comfortable . I never called Derek once that I didn’t receive a call back from him or from one of his team. Everyone in Derek’s group is so helpful & nice. If I had a question, if someone couldn’t answer it on the spot, they would find an answer and get right back to me. If papers needed to be signed, and I couldn’t get to their office, then someone would simply drop things off at my house. As a senior, all of these perks made my life much easier. So, I just can’t say enough good things about how Derek handled the sale of my property.
